The Lemur News! Week of Dec. 11 – Dec. 15

This has been a busy week!  We wrapped up our unit on the solar system and sent home the massive books we have been working on.  Spend some time looking them over with your child and ask them to tell you what they learned about each planet.  I was so proud of students performing on stage during the Winter Concert!  They all looked like a million bucks and sounded beautiful!

Monday is pajama day!  Lemurs earned this by independently zipping up their coats consistently every day, well done!

Next week we will have a mini one-week unit on Gifts of Kindness, focused around the story the Elves and the Shoemaker.  We will also be celebrating Chankah with preschool and Kindergarten on Tuesday.  Friday will be our Winter Classroom Party….organized by our incredible Room Parent Team.

The Lemurs also worked hard this week to create a priceless gift for a loved one.  It has been wrapped and labeled…be sure to deliver it to the lucky recipient(s)!
